Personal Protective Wear (PPW™)

Personal Protective Wear (PPW™)

The last two years of the COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of Personal Protective Wear (PPW™).

Even now as the pandemic subsides, viruses and microorganisms continue to infect us in our homes, schools, and workplaces. These developments – in addition to the emergence of new COVID strains and viruses such as the Monkeypox virus and Marburg virus – require bioprotection solutions beyond what the market is offering.

We work with clients to produce Personal Protective Wear (PPW™) protected by C-POLAR™, thereby providing consumers, workers, and frontline healthcare staff with the revolutionary protection they need against viruses, microorganisms, and pollens.

Face Masks

Working with the NHS, we developed the PBV FFP2 mask protected by C-POLAR™. This mask received the CE Marking (CE 1463) and meets the FFP2, ASTM 3, and KN95 standards.

Three-layered mask, with C-POLAR™ non-woven outer layer, low-resistance meltblown filter, and skin-friendly non-woven

In the United Kingdom, we provided QE Facilities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Health Service (NHS), C-POLAR™ material to manufacture FFP3 antiviral face masks. These masks provide revolutionary bioprotection for NHS frontline workers.

Protective Apparel

We fortify lab coats, hospital gowns and uniforms.

C-POLAR™ material is being used to manufacture lab coats, hospital gowns, and uniforms, helping minimize the risk of infection in virus and microorganism-rich environments.

Studies show even after 60 washes, C-POLAR™ material retained effectiveness against pathogens, making it ideal for sustained wearability and protection.
